Glad the scale is finally on my side again. It said 64.6 on Thursday, but then wouldn't budge below 64.8 yesterday so I'm glad I waited till today to log it. Tracked well this week and did an hour workout every day, which is alot for me. Starting with outings tomorrow so this is where it will all start going downhill again, but hoping to contain it to a 2kg max gain over the whole silly season.
