Good morning. I need to plan my dinner! I've got some left over steak and shrimp again. What can I come up with to blend those two together today? Hmmmm. Till then, it's a cool coffee morning! 7 pounds to go! I lost an inch off my waist. These last 7 pounds are to get the extra off my waist and chest. I'm very happy where I am but that pooch keeps me from wearing my clothes, so, I'm going for it. 💃🇺🇸🤳💅👗🩱👖🩳👙👚🩴👟👠👡👒🩲💍 the rings still don't fit. My sister says our knuckles get bigger as we age. Mehh, if they don't fit at my goal weight, I'll believe her. Till then.. have a great day!

Happy coffee morning. You have some good ingredients. Hope you can find something out. Yup on all those body shape changes as we age. But bones do not grow. It kind of looks like it as we get older though probably due to changes in our fascia. My yoga teacher used to pretty obsessed with that. I miss her

Liv001 thanks. Being the dork I am, I just looked it up. Yup, could be bigger facia, or bone remodeling. Cra crazy. [Our bones are constantly remodeling themselves throughout our lives. This remodeling process involves a delicate balance between bone formation and resorption. When we’re young, bone formation outpaces resorption, leading to overall bone growth. However, as we age, this balance shifts, and resorption begins to outpace formation. This can result in a gradual reduction in bone density and an increase in bone size.

Morticia, I don't usually eat carbs or do any complicated cooking if I can help it. So, warmed up meat and cheese it will be! Boring but it works! Thanks.
