Well, it was a day later than I wanted, but I'm at a new low for the year and have lost over 10 lbs this year! And my weight is less than it was this day last year. My big goal is to lose 75 lbs, that would get me out of the overweight and into a normal BMI. 10 down, 65 to go. I'm committed to getting back to that weight, whether it happens this year or not. My shorter term goal is to get under 200 lbs by the first week of May. So just over 2 months to lose 17 lbs. It's a pretty aggressive goal, but doable, so I'm going to aim for it and get there eventually.
