Had a spike last week that I didn't record here. No calorie counting, IF, or strength workouts right now, but I'm still trying to include some walking when I can and keeping water intake up.
Not sure if I'll be able to get back to a better routine next week. Work has been a bit hectic, too.

I’m fighting the winter blahs already and it’s not even winter yet, so i hear ya! Fight on, sis. Get that water in. I’m terrible about water when it’s cold, but I’m going to try.

Yes, I'm already counting the days to the winter solstice, Kat. So I can start to be happier when the daylight hours start to increase again. And I'm trying to drink at least a couple of pints of cold water before afternoon and then some rooibos or redbush (south africa herbal tea) helps too. x
