Hooray! Weight 182.2 this morning, after great bowel activity yesterday. Since I stopped the Glycopyrrolate (again), my bowels have straightened out, but my nose continues to run. I’ll take the regularity and a box of tissues!
For the first time in many years, I weigh less than my husband. At times, I’ve out-weighed him by over 100 pounds! When I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago, I weighed 302 and he was about 180. Now, he’s 201.2 and I’m 182.2. Feels good!
He’s having a colonoscopy this morning. I got up extra early and did 2 miles of my walking already, since I’ll have to be sitting in the Endoscopy waiting room for who knows how long this morning. They won’t let you leave the waiting area, and it’s too small to walk in. I haven’t done any of my PT exercises yet, though.
The afternoon birthday party for Wednesday (with Wendy’s chicken nuggets) has turned into an evening full-fledged meal (pork roast, mashed potatoes, string beans, and corn pudding.). Lots of work and stress, but my grand daughter’s dad wouldn’t let her miss tennis practice to have the party right after school.
