Down to 231.5 after some birthday indulgence last weekend. Actually, today is the day... my family came down a little early to accommodate schedules. (This was actually perfect, as I caught COVID and have been under the weather this week). So, today I'm 65, but I honestly feel half that age. Thanks to Fatsecret and my great supportive friends up here. Got the windows open, the stereo playing, and a glass of vino in front of me. Life is good!
