So - after a week of tracking again and two hour-long workouts I'm quite happy to be heading in the right direction again. Hubby is also eating well this year so we've decided to only have one cheat meal over the weekend instead of going wild for the whole weekend. We've decided on pizza and perhaps ice-cream for dessert tomorrow evening. It's been healthy lentil curry and stir-fry with no carbs all week so far - and fresh fruit with fat free yoghurt for dessert. Feeling quite good! Would love to get to 68 by Feb.
