Not happy with the scale or myself again. I did my 4 hours of exercise this week and every week for this month so that is something to be proud of - but have let macaroni cheese last week and lasagne this week back onto the dinner menu - bad news!!! Although my portions are smaller than they used to be I'm still not having enough veggies or protein for that matter. Also gave up on tracking this week, but perhaps next week will be a fresh new start. Try to get back to tracking until mid December. This weekend will probably be really bad though - out to lunch today - birthday cake tomorrow for a friend's 40th and Sunday's are always snack-fests. So much for getting close to my goal weight...
