Looks like I may be bouncing around in the 138's & 139's with an occasional 140, now. Today was another new Low. Only .2 down from my previous low....but still 😊

My weight didn't stop me from having a mini melt-down from some other stuff earlier today. Better now. Conversation with daughter & Hubby helped...and my sister. It did prevent me from accomplishing all that I planned on today. I'll try tomorrow. Gym day though & that takes up a big % of the afternoon.
