Not too happy about the increase, but understandable since I only did two workouts this week and have been eating too much at lunch time for some reason. Know this weekend will be bad as well, but I think I deserve some 'treat' food since I'll be standing for 6 hours tomorrow and helping to carry and pack out big chairs and stacks of tables at a market again so will be getting some good exercise.
