Trying to get over a cold today, but otherwise good with two workout sessions this week. Hubby has also decided to diet from this month so it makes it easier not having treats in the house. I've had fat free yoghurt for dessert after dinner all week and only treated myself with third of a small flake broken over it on Thursday. Going out to eat today though, but I'll try to keep my lunch small. Also been trying to drink more water. Hope next week won't be right back up again - would like to get below 70 again and I've had enough of this runny nose now! Good weekend all!
