No movement on the scale this week, but all I'm hoping is that I don't blow it over this weekend. Seeing family for one of those monster food Sunday lunches and it's just not easy to say no sometimes. Perhaps an extra workout tomorrow would help, but I'm looking forward to sleeping in a bit. So far I've done 4 workouts this week, averaging 50 minutes a time - yay!
