Started the week well and worked out four times this week - although admittedly not for my full hour each day, but now have bought naan bread and rotis to have with curry. If it's not in the house I won't eat it so why did I buy it I ask myself! Aagghh - Monday is a new week so will see how I feel then. Hopefully not a complete train smash if I can reign it in again then. Maybe try to do some exercise tomorrow as well when it's a bit warmer. Quite hard to get out of a toasty bed to go jump around in the cold in the mornings!
