Day 5 on diet and day 2 for my back to fatsectet. Yesterday Fatsecret said I had gained 25.6 pounds and had 18 to goal. I am working it.One step at the time
Inspiring to see all my Fatsecret friends working on their healthy. So it was a good day back here
We are going to get a few days reprieve from the Arctic Outflow really low temps. Yesterday was minus 35F and felt like minus fifty with windchill. This early morning it is minus 19F So I will try the outdoors today, go grocery shopping. Maybe walk or run if wind is not too bad. It will be good.
