Have not been exercising at all for the past two weeks with family visiting and a trip to Hermanus so now that I'm back I'm gonna try to see how quickly I can get back down to at least 68kg - hopefully by the end of this month. Still feels good to have only gained about 2kgs since I've had everything from spurs cheddamelt schnitzel with chips and onion rings plus ice-cream and chocolate sauce (although I did at least share that) to tons of chocolate and desserts. Will track what I eat again starting today.
