Doing wonderfully!!! I am almost convinced to record once a week my average weight. Almost... After how many months (maybe even years) of your suggesting this path for me?!😁 I'm afraid I'll conveniently skip days that don't look so great on the scale. 😔But, if I include, as you do, that I have zero days skipped...? I really should try. What is there to lose? 🤔 I'll be away from a scale a couple days next week, but maybe I will start when I get back. Yep! I think I will!!!😁 ❤️

I'm still logging daily. I find it so interesting how the numbers increase and decrease while staying in a set calorie range. Sometimes I lose weight when I eat more calories. I'm tracking it as a reminder that the # on the scale isn't everything.

Thx sp much 🐻❣️ And you're also so right about fluctuations which is why averaging datapoints and looking for trends is the way to go. Need to convert more FSers to the Dark Side of Math 👽
