Inched up a little. I've been eating a little more for the past couple of days. Not really overdoing it but not restricting myself either.

The weather turned sunny this afternoon so we were able to get in a walk. I have done no yoga or toning exercises since I got back from Florida. I was kinda feeling like I should at first but have lost the desire. I know it's about more than just looking good....the yoga incorporated balance exercise and I do realize I need that at this point in my life.

I'm missing some of my "Peeps" on here. It seems like a lot of people have not been as active lately. I know some may back off after reaching goal & maintaining for awhile. I know in the past...before I went Public...it was just me & my scales...and the food. After I reached goal, at some point I got tired of logging & would take a break....and eventually gain at least some of the weight back. This time I've been at it for 2 years plus. The social aspect has kept me focused on maintaining & continuing to interact. Some days I don't feel in the mood to journal but I do log every day. And sharing my food pics has become a habit I enjoy. I think Covid happening during 2020 kept lots of us involved here...it was an outlet to connect. Now that we're able to see real people, we may be too busy to interact on here as often. I do have a life outside in the "Real World" but I feel I made some true friends on here as well. Oh well...I'm rambling on....
