So back up again. Maybe this is the weight my body wants to be - I don't know? Last week I tried freestylin' it and didn't keep my kilojoule diary like I usually do - just to see what happens - and I'm back to 'that' weight again. At least I haven't jumped back up to 69 I guess. Had everything from a Spur burger - with chips and onion rings no less, Spur breakfast with chips, chocolate brownies, cupcakes, pizza and fish & chips this week so I guess I should be happy not to have gained more - but maybe it's still coming... Did manage to get up and do a metabolic conditioning workout this morning and feeling good about that. I'm just not sure if I should stop obsessing until after easter or just try to maintain until then and keep up the exercise. Will see how this week goes.
