At least a tiny little bit down this week - moving in the right direction. Had a fairly good weekend despite mini custard tarts that made it into my trolley yesterday. Was quite good with the salads this weekend - cole slaw and green salad with some pineapple and enjoying avo and paw paw for lunch times. Last week I experimented with a curry flavoured lentil salad with some boiled eggs in it that I might make a regular thing if I can remember how to make it again. Jessica Smith has started a new workout plan for your body shape and luckily starting with the Apple shape today so I started that this morning. Would be great to lose another 3cm or so on my waist after stagnating for so long again.
