Yes. This is what happens when you have a burger with mushroom sauce one day for lunch as well as a rich strawberry milkshake - and have bread every day for lunch when you're meant to be cutting out carbs. Also not good to be eating even more savoury bread at braais over the weekend. Well. Had to see what would happen I guess. I haven't gone over 70, which is good. Will try to be good this week - going to try to make a tasty meatless lentil and spinach curry for dinner - satisfying, but not a boring salad again. Need to get some more fresh fruit and veg into the house, but I'll go shopping tomorrow. Let's hope work doesn't get in the way of my plans... Good workout this morning!
