I expected to be up a pound & I was....no problem. I ate slightly over my calorie limit....2 IPA beers, a turkey dinner, wine & carrot cake just might do that 😁 If I estimated right I was under calories today. Hubby brought me a 1/2 a sub sandwich & a few home made potato chips for lunch. The sandwich had egg & bacon & a spicy sauce as well as the usual deli fixins....tasty!

When I was getting dessert tonight Hubby commented on my only having one chocolate chip cookie...hasn't he noticed I always eat one cookie. The exception might be if I ate Oreo Thins...they only have 140 calories in 4 cookies.

I finally did my Yoga/ exercise routine today. I've skipped for 5 days....either no time or no motivation. I have been walking, though.

I mopped the kitchen floor today so I could replace the old area rug in front on the sink/ counter with the pretty new one I bought on Tuesday. It has a pattern in blue, turquoise & cream. I like it! I switched out the placemats on the kitchen table, changed the center piece & rearranged some decor on the counter. A fresh look for the kitchen 😊

We had salmon, roasted broccoli & a salad for dinner.

Time to get ready for bed....my book is calling my name....
