Funny that. I thought it read 69.8 today as it's done so many times this last few weeks, but no - it's down. So great! Maybe I can get to 67 - just feels miles away still right now - maybe it's because I'm moody, but I haven't been able to cut my kilojoules down to 5500 as I wanted to this week. Managed 6000 and 6300. Started the day by eating some spanspek this morning and I'm still hungry of course - but will hold out till noon for my left-over chicken steaklet and roti with some butternut. Hubby made some delicious looking spinach and tuna quiche for dinner as well so will have a salad with that. I feel like having some sweet potato chips roasted in the oven so might make that over the weekend with some roasted carrots, butternut and onion too. Why can't I ever stop thinking about food???
