Still staying static. Not that great, but I have to keep my long-term goals in mind rather than feel bad. Have given in to some carb cravings lately and bought some rotis. I had two yesterday and one for lunch today. Will try to stick to around 5500 kilojoules a day this week rather than 6000 - and then we're going out for a spit-braai on Friday night so I will indulge then for sure. At least I got up this morning and did an hour workout - so that is better than nothing!
