Three kilograms in 3 weeks - never been done before!!! My husband has lost 4,5kg in that same time - by cutting out carbs - besides our two slices of toast on a Sunday morning - and his packet of lemon creams he has each week. No more snacking on chips on the weekends either - and this even includes him eating one of those tiny R19,90 pizzas from Debonairs last night. I'm so glad!!! Just know how easy it is to put it all back on again and looked at an old diary of mine where I'd gone from my previously goal - 66kg - to 71kg within the space of 6 months - just like that!!! So afraid it will happen again. I don't want to start this journey all over again and start wearing my 'fat' jeans again. So, will try to keep up at least 4 hours of exercise a week. Been hard because I've been exhausted lately - but did 50 minutes this morning so that's a good start. Every bit helps!
