Today I kick-start my 4 week challenge with myself until my 37th birthday. I hope to get back to 70 kilograms so that I can then use the time until Easter to get to my new goal weight of 67kg. Started the day with 50 minutes of exercise and eating healthy fruit for breakfast. Probably have cereal for lunch and we've got a healthy crustless quiche we'll have with a green salad and healthy coleslaw for dinner. Hope I can keep it up - been bingeing on junk food since Christmas!
