So amazed by what the scale said this morning. It's taken me 11 months and 22 days to get here after giving myself a year to try to get to 70kg and I'm so chuffed I made it! Not to try to get down to 68. Don't think I'll aim any lower than that because I know it's near impossible to maintain. Am keeping up my 4 hours a week of exercise and am counting my calories during the week - averaging 5500kj a day. Weekends are a junk food mess, but I seem to always get back to a reasonable weight by Wed/Fri.
