Been quite good at keeping up my exercises three times a week and upping that to 4 hours a week in total too. My downfall is junk food on the weekends and last Sunday it felt like I was competing for a gold medal in snacking - just couldn't stop. But, with any luck I'll reach my goal by the start of December then it's time to think of heading down to 68kg. Quite glad I gave myself the whole year to get here and I'm happy I made it!
