WT : 153.60 lb (152-155)
BMI : 21.52 (21-22)
BFP : 11.68% (10.5-11.0)

CAL : 2273 (2100)

MACRO % CFP : 42/37/21 (48/29/23)

Today's weight actually lowest in months @ 151.8 lb and a bit inexpected given the noodles & salt in past several days. Last time I was this weight was 7/22/2020. I do feel leaner but a bit more tired. Metabolism seems to be humming along. Downtrend intact. Maintainence 👍🙂
