Dang, just typed a couple paragraphs and they got deleted! Bottom line, only lost 1.5 pounds this week. Had dropped RDI from 2,250 the first week to 2,000 the second and 1,800 last week. Dropping further to 1.600 for this week in an effort to nudge the scale off that 50-pound mark to get UNDER 250.
