Lost another pound this morning, PTL! Now I'm 7.5% of the way there to accomplishing my "60-pound in 6 Months" goal! The "diet" I've been following so far has just been counting Calories and staying below 2,250 (but I've stayed below 2,000 almost every day). This has allowed me to have the delicious navel oranges and Honeycrisp apples that are in season, as well as indulging in a few snack items (Jackstraws, chocolate-covered peanuts, cashews). Next week, I'll probably change my program to include less sugary snacks (while still allowing fresh fruit), and I'll continue with a 2,000 Calorie eating plan, since it is working for me (I've lost 3 pounds this week). I'm thankful that God lead me to a motivation plan where I am getting PAID to lose the weight, while being able to follow any "diet" plan I choose. Because of a couple of folks joining by using my link, my prize money has increased from $869 to now $1,169, which I'll get when I accomplish my goal on June 27th.
