I don't know why the scale suddenly says 72,6kg again after reading 72,2kg on Saturday through to Wednesday. I had a good double workout on Monday - and hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening and felt it the next day especially in my legs. Had a good one hour workout yesterday morning as well so I feel like I'm on track for the week. Not had much in the way of carbs at all this week and sticking within my 6000kj a day goal on average. Would just love to fit into a smaller size jeans and although my size 14 ones are feeling so much looser I can't justify going to buy a new one just yet. I want to see the proof on the tape measure first.
