A nice surprise when we were out for our afternoon walk 🐓 I heard clucking up in the tree.. I couldn't see at first & Hubby asked if it was a squirrel. I agreed then tried to get a better look. It was Fricasee...our neighborhood chicken...who we haven't seen in about a week. I was worried about her but refused to believe she had come to harm. So happy she's OK!!

Grocery store run today to pick up ingredients to make the pie & corn casserole I'm making for Thanksgiving. No problem finding everything I needed.

The weather was warm today....around 70. A beautiful, colorful sunset as we returned from our walk.

Hubby is grilling a Flatiron steak for dinner. I need to go Spice it up for him. Salad & maybe some baby potatoes to go with it.
