What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Boiled egg (back to normal: NOT cakes I had been eating for 2 days. LOL)

Lunch: Salad with Avocado and Cottage Cheese

Afternoon Break: Coffee ( I usually drink Matcha Tea, but my husband likes coffee)

Dinner: Salad with Avocado and Tofu, Nuts(no pic)
45.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 1.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 2.8 kg 감소하기

Try finely dicing (food processor) green onion and red and green peppers and mix with your cottage cheese. Add lots of pepper or one of those MS. Dash type combo seasonings. Then add to your salad. A feast for your taste buds.

To BreeLSanchez: Thank you for your comment. Yes! I love Cottage Cheese. It has lots of Protein and low Carb. Cottage Cheese is like NINJA. They are not like Super Hero, but very important roles.

I completely agree, and healthy fats! I only eat the 4% milk fat because it is lower in sugar than the lower fat cottage cheeses.
