Feel like I'm just staying at the same place all the time. I'd like to be at 72kg at least by mid October, but I've been see-sawing between 73 and 75kg for the last 2 months and it's a bit frustrating. Have kept up my thrice-weekly morning exercising since last week so feeling quite good about that, but I'd like to see some results now! Would love to fit back into my size 12 pants and jeans!!!
