Thank you both. I'm trying to not over stress and to not give up at the same time. I've definitely let down my guard, tasting my wife's baking, and sharing her desserts. She can pull it off, I can't. On a hair note, I'm lifting regularly and have minimal to no residual neck pain. 2 years journey to health seems line it's working. Hopefully I'll readjust back to a sustainable middle ground where I can exercise, eat smart, and be healthy. Love this community. They shuttle change it to FS for Friendly Support.

Siegels awesome that you are quickly to analyze and view what is going on and make changes if needed. That is a great skill to have in maintenance 😉

I agree the color means nothing. What truly matters is that one looks at ourselves in the mirror and that we actually like what we see 🥰
