Wow, a couple days of not checking the website, and I'm behind 323 notifications! Gonna have to just let those slide, so hope I didn't miss anything important. Been on a 6-day binge. Not recording what I eat. Not making good choices. Here we go again!

Keep going girll, try to add your favorite foods to your regular diet to not feel deprived, this is a lifestyle! It's not a diet, make a few changes, you'll be just fine!!! ❤️ ❤️
