So the second week of not tracking calories has gone quite well with my weight stabilising (hopefully) at 65kg. Last week it was 65.6kg, but I chose not to record it and just kept going.

Managed 150 mins of YouTube workouts last week and this week and hope to keep that going. Might start tracking calories again on Monday, but will see how I feel. Also doing 16:8 IF on weekdays, which I think helps alot - just staying busy until breaking fast at noon with lots of water or rooibos tea and then coffee in the evening with chai latte occasionally. Two meals and two small snacks a day.

Missing fresh fruit, but we seem to be the only people we know who haven't been out for groceries since the start of the lockdown. Will see if we can go until the 30th although I'm looking into getting some groceries delivered possibly next week.
