Had another rough night. Binged again, made a little bit better food choices, but ate waaayyy too many calories. Not even hungry just wanting to eaatttttt. Need to get back in my better mindset and stay motivated. Feeling good today. Hoping to get back on track 💪🏼

Hey, girl! Hang in there! I haven't been having the best time either. Stress, tiredness... Just plain tired of always being careful wears you down. I'm sorta stable but hovering a few above goal and just frustrated with how darn hard it is to keep trudging along on this path. Good for you for recording no matter what!
