I'm behind. I have 336 unread notifications, which I don't think I'm going to even try to catch up on. If I miss something important from some of you, I hope you'll forgive me and catch me up. I'm very BLAH! No motivation. No self-discipline. Just doing what I need to do to get by and survive right now. Very frustrating!

Suggestion. From Jan 5-24, you were logging 100% of how well you followed your plan. Perhaps, go back to those logs each day and see what you were doing, eating, exercising, etc. Hope you can get your mojo back soon.

I know it's hard to be everyone else's cheerleader when you are the hurting. We got your back. Hang in there. I forget what song I heard the other day but one of the lines was about bad times if you hang on long enough they do turn around.
