almost 140s wow. it feels good. 👍 today I'm gonna cook up some chicken though I prefer beef. maybe I'll make garlic chicken. soup sounds good too. I'd post photos but the app doesn't have that feature. have a great day.

So happy for you!!! Everyone posts pictures so maybe it is something you are not seeing. I use the web so I know nothing about it. As part of "switch things up" I tried to do carnivore yesterday. It was hard!

Just craving the carb elements. I do not eat that many carbs but I guess I like them a lot. I was not a successful carnivore. I had coffee and one piece of dark chocolate. I probably would need the right motivation to do it. But I like to make my body deal with different "scenarios". So going almost zero carb once in awhile is just part of it.

Lov001 I have bakers chocolate from time to time, no big deal. When I first went only meat / sometimes dairy , eggs, I ate a lot to get rid of cravings. Extra bacon and cheese lol. Now I don't miss carbs. You do need to eat more then your use to to get your calories in. I find ground beef with a little cheese a great way to start, but you will want 10-12 oz lol then see if your craving carbs after that. Nice to switch up. I'll do that when I get closer to goal.

Grats, Jenjabba… looking great! I'm a huge Dr. Berry fan also and credit him for saving my life. I haven't checked out Dr. Jung yet but thanks for the recommendation.

Hey Jen! I go to my own page on the app and at the top I can weigh in write post or tap on a camera. Then tap scan and you have the option to go to your own pics. Select the pic and add your comments at the bottom of the page. Hop this helps! Be Blessed and let’s see those pics! 😇

60pack I have that but the camera icon asks me if the photo is breakfast lunch or dinner ? Wanted photo connected to journal?

Jen you can put your pic under whatever meal it applies to or I just put most of mine under snacks but it’s really up to you. You can snap a pic or tap on that icon that looks like a roll of film and it should take you to the pics you have on your phone already. 👍
