So the scales stayed the same, today. Yesterday, I ate more calories than my usual days but was at 101% of my RDI.
Tomorrow is Dec. 1st...My plan is to eat healthy & under my RDI most days. I have some Christmas parties / gatherings that I know there will be food & drink I'll want to enjoy. Then my daughter & granddaughter will be here in 3 weeks for a week around Christmas. So the goal is to roll into January without gaining and go full blast on taking off that last 5 (now 6.4) lbs. to meet my ultimate goal. I usually go all out decorating for Christmas & that entails a lot of movement & limited time sitting around thinking about eating. So that's a plus! Then there's shopping. I wasn't feeling my normal enthusiasm to get started decorating but last night my daughter said "You BETTER get motivated" 😁 So, guess I've been told 😉
So, off to start rearranging stuff & bringing the decorations out if storage!
