horrible october. terrible october. since 27sep til now my weight is stuck at 82kg . all happen bcz i can not control myself. i ate b4 sleep and ate over 1800 kcal in several day. i didnt know why i can not stop eating . some problem with my mentality. now i must try to be back to normal.
