Hello folks!
I am in my early 30’s from South Korea.
I have been working out since 2017 April.
Before I downloaded this app, my body weight used to be 68 kg. ( Its the heaviest weight ever in my life, I got shocked. :/ )
But time to time losing body weight is very difficult for me.the reason why I am a Gin & Tonic lover. Yup I am a heavy drinker. XD
I am unable to lose my tube belly.
So these days, I’ve started new challenges that run 5k twice a week within 31 min or cycling 10k within 20 min after an hour lifting.
Hopefully I could rid of my belly tube soon.

*BTW I love this app cuz I can peep what type of food people eat to stay lean.
