I'm doing better than I had been. At least I'm recording what I eat and getting in my water. I've also left the house the past two days, which is more than I usually do. Yesterday, I "only" had 3 servings of tapioca pudding, instead of the 4 I WAS having every day. But, all of my meals were good choices. I've been really tempted to eat some carb-laden meals, but so far I've resisted that. Went over on RDI yesterday, but still registered a loss this morning, for which I'm very thankful! It's very encouraging to still be losing, even when I'm not doing perfectly on my WOE. The bad thing is, though, it makes me want to "celebrate" by yielding to that English muffin that is calling my name!
