Twolbs down from yesterday so it was water weight as expected. I know weighing daily is obsessive so as long as I continue to log my food daily to keep my RDI balanced I may go to once or twice a week only. We'll see.

MH is doing better; still in ICU but improving. Went to see him this morning before opening up business and in between customers I've been dealing with all of the medical equipment and home health issues. I'll go visit with him this eve after I close.

Had to go buy a new pair of jeans again today ~ size 18! Who knew I could be so excited to post that because I sure wasn't that excited going from a 2 to 4 to 14 to an 18 but my perspective changes when it's going in the right direction (down from 26).

So guess I'll get back to work. Home all my FS friends are having a good day :-()
