I’ve been overeating. 2600 calories yesterday!!! Missed my 125 goal for end of march and gained 10 lbs. I am not upset by it, still very healthy and strong. I was mistaken for being in the military and was told I was skinny and to not lose any more weight. I ran an obstacle course challenged myself with the heavier weights that guys shied away from. I’m making better choices, instead of eating a whole pizza from BJ’s I’m sharing a mini. I am taking the time to think before eating. I will take control of what I can. Small choices over time. I love the way I look and what my body can do even if the weight is still there. Slow steady progress. We got this. 👊
