grumpy, stressed keto girl here. For me I should get angry more often , i dropped another pound , but I don't physically feel it . It's probably gonna take another 20 till I actually feel comfortable in my own body . Interview: they are rescheduling for Wednesday, now I have to be on my A+ plus plus A game. I finally got some salmon on sale so hopefully the next few weeks , I will incorporate salmon. It will be a nice change. Yesterday I made sauteed chicken mushroom white wine butter and Swiss cheese , it was good. thank you for the amazing support and sorry for being so grumpy. keto on
