QUIT COUNTING, QUIT WEIGHING, QUIT TRYING since I don't lose anyways. but I'm still keto, and still in ketosis. I need to call my doc but I'm too tired lol, which is why I need to make an appointment. ok, I'll update in a week or so

I know how you feel. I have been there plenty of times. Don't quit. Never quit! My solution was not 'fasting' but 'no solid food'. See, even 'traditional fasting' didn't work for me!
