Yes, 5 more lbs, I am 5'0" AZ and still with belly fat , BF 20% , then I am going to start bulking, I know I am going to gain a little fat back but hoping it's not only in my belly

Yes I am the same way of went 2 pounds or so less my goal and now every time I get colors to it I get mad to myself

Big drop. 😮 Five more to go. Think I have six-seven. See you go strong, and it makes me feel inspired. Listened to an athelete trainer that suggest one refeeding day thrown in when feeling overly fatigued from several days of hard core weight loss. One day might be enough to get the strength back to carry on. Had a refeed day yesterday and popping of energy today. This strategy made me feel optimistic, and I felt like sharing it. 👍

Diddlee thank you, I had been feeling awful the whole week, I am feeling better today, I think it was caused by food poisoning or something like that.
