Update : 10pm - 2500cal/132gm fat /nearly 150% RDI. Ready to wake up to a new day and back to healthy eating. Hate the way I feel today.
3pm Turkey Day - 1700 cals 89grm fat. Stomach hurts and 3 brushings later mouth still feels like I've been licking a salt block. Other stats - 1 hour shopping 4 hours prep work and cooking 12 various covered bowls of leftovers in fridge 2 hours cleaning 2 cycles of the dishwasher and second kitchen trash bag nearly full all for a 5 minute meal for two people and one small dog. Hardly seems logical. Who's bright idea was this again?
